Ethnic Wear Designer – Value Retail

• Looking for a creative and commercially driven Ethnic Wear Designer with 1–3 years of experience in women’s ethnic/value retail.
• Develop seasonal collections across kurtas, kurtis, dresses, co-ords, SKD and ethnic bottoms.
• Strong understanding of Indian ethnic silhouettes, prints, embroideries, colours, fabrics and garment details.
• Conduct trend, market and competitor research to develop relevant and commercially viable designs.
• Create mood boards, colour stories, print/embroidery concepts and technical/flat sketches.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, sampling and production teams from concept to final product.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & AI softwares with a strong eye for detail, colour and commercial fashion.
