About the Opportunity
MineStar is transforming the way mines operate through automation, digitalisation, analytics and AI. As Manager, Platform & Product, you will lead the team responsible for a portfolio of productivity solutions that help mining customers improve safety, efficiency and operational performance across the globe.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining product direction, shaping technology strategy and leading multidisciplinary teams that deliver innovative digital solutions integrated with the MineStar ecosystem.
Working across product management, engineering, architecture, data and user experience functions, you will drive the development of scalable, customer-focused solutions and build a high-performing team aligned to business and customer outcomes.
What you will be involved in:
Provide leadership and direction for the MineStar Productivity Solutions Product & Platform team.
Own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of a global portfolio of digital productivity solutions.
Drive customer value through the application of analytics, automation, AI and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with MineStar and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
Lead and develop high-performing teams across product, engineering and digital technology disciplines.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in product, platform or digital technology environments.
You will bring:
Degree qualified Engineer or Technology Professional with significant experience leading product, platform, engineering or digital technology teams in complex enterprise environments.
Proven success defining product strategy, developing roadmaps and delivering solutions that create measurable customer and business value.
Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and external delivery partners.
Strong understanding of modern software, cloud, data, analytics and digital platform technologies.
Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations to achieve successful outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and decision-making skills.
Background in mining, industrial technology, operational technology or related sectors.
Knowledge of MineStar or comparable mining technology platforms.
Success driving product-led operating models, digital transformation or technology-enabled business improvement initiatives.

Additional Information
Full-time position based in Redcliffe, Perth.
Domestic relocation maybe offered to the ideal candidate
Travel requirements up to 25%.
