LSNZ is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and experienced teacher to join our small team. The school has been in operation for the past 33 years and has provided high-quality English education to international tertiary students since opening. Job description:
A Teacher of English at LSNZ is expected to prepare and teach professional lessons in accordance with our school curriculum. This also entails keeping a clear and accurate record of lessons taught including attendance and providing timely information relating to student learning and progress to the Director of Studies. Teachers are also asked to provide a short speech for their student at our Friday graduation ceremony.

Teachers are expected to attend weekly staff meetings and regular professional development sessions. 

All teachers are expected to always maintain a good rapport with every student at the school, whilst always treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Job requirements:

The essential qualifications needed for this position are: 

- Initial TESOL qualification
- Has a level of English of at least CEFR C1 level

 Plus one or more of the following:
- A degree
- A post-graduate diploma in a language related area
- 720 hours of English language teaching experience

- A diploma in Teaching.
