About the Opportunity

We are hiring for our partner — an international iGaming business operating two online casino brands focused primarily on Tier 1 markets.

We are looking for a PSP Specialist with hands-on experience working with LATAM payment service providers (PSPs) to support payment provider evaluation, business analysis, technical integrations, and ongoing payment performance optimization.

The key objective of this role is to evaluate whether potential PSP partnerships are commercially viable and operationally efficient for the business.

You will analyze PSP proposals, assess payment economics, review technical integration requirements, coordinate with internal teams and external providers, and monitor PSP performance after launch.

Practical experience with LATAM PSP providers and a strong understanding of regional payment methods and market specifics are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and compare potential PSPs and payment methods, with a focus on LATAM markets.
  • Build business cases and financial calculations to assess PSP commercial viability.
  • Analyze incoming and outgoing transaction volumes, fees, conversion and approval rates, reserves, settlements, FX, limits, chargebacks, and payout conditions.
  • Research LATAM payment providers, local payment methods, and regional payment solutions.
  • Compare PSP proposals and prepare structured recommendations for provider selection.
  • Review technical documentation and assess integration requirements, including APIs, webhooks, callbacks, transaction statuses, deposits, withdrawals, and refunds.
  • Coordinate PSP integrations with external providers and internal Product and Development teams.
  • Support integration testing, troubleshooting, and go-live processes.
  • Monitor PSP performance after launch, analyzing turnover, approval rates, transaction costs, payment failures, and technical stability.
  • Compare actual PSP performance against initial business calculations and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare payment performance reports, business insights, and recommendations for management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in PSP management, payment operations, payment integrations, acquiring, or payment analytics.
  • Hands-on experience working with LATAM PSP providers is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of LATAM payment markets, local payment methods, and regional payment specifics.
  • Experience in iGaming, preferably with online casino deposit and withdrawal flows.
  • Strong understanding of PSPs, acquiring, payment gateways, APMs, settlements, reserves, chargebacks, refunds, and FX.
  • Experience evaluating PSP commercial proposals and calculating payment costs and business economics.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and assess payment integration requirements.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks/callbacks, transaction statuses, and payment flows.
  • Experience participating in PSP integrations, testing, and technical onboarding.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business, technical teams, and international payment providers.
  • English sufficient for professional communication with international PSPs.

Nice to Have

  • Established relationships with LATAM PSP providers.
  • Experience working with multiple LATAM countries and local payment methods.
  • Experience with both fiat and cryptocurrency payment solutions.
  • Experience managing PSP performance across multiple online casino brands.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with two international online casino brands focused primarily on Tier 1 markets.
  • Hands-on involvement with international PSPs and LATAM payment providers.
  • Exposure to both fiat and cryptocurrency payment solutions.
  • Direct involvement in PSP selection, commercial evaluation, integrations, and performance optimization.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise at the intersection of Payments, Business, Finance, Product, and Technology.
