Attending an Information and Practice Day is the first step in the recruitment process for many of our candidates.
It’s not compulsory to attend but is a great, no-strings-attached way to learn more about the role and kick-start your journey to become a Career Firefighter!
The session will cover:
What a firefighter does
A breakdown of the recruitment process and how to prepare
What the 12-week recruit’s course entails
Fleet and equipment used by firefighters
Opportunity to practice aspects of the Physical Pre-Entry Test (PPT)
A chance to ask our firefighters first-hand for tips to help you put your best foot forward!
To book into a session, email: [email protected] stating your preferred location and time (as per the session options below), or click “apply” to be redirected to our website for further information.
