An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Risk Reporting & Change Analyst to join a major global financial services organisation on a 12-month contract. You will provide analytical and reporting support within a busy Risk function, helping to prepare, validate and review risk reporting for senior management, regulators, auditors and other key stakeholders. You will work independently within established governance and control frameworks, delivering accurate and time-sensitive reporting.

Key responsibilities
Support the preparation and review of credit, market, operational and other risk reports.
Assist with limit monitoring, exceptions, stress-testing outputs, loss reserves and high-risk exposures.
Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting for senior management and regulatory stakeholders.
Provide data, analysis and supporting documentation for audits, regulatory reviews and risk queries.
Investigate data-quality issues, reporting anomalies and limit breaches.
Support User Acceptance Testing, including reviewing requirements, validating outputs, executing test scripts and documenting results.
Work closely with Risk Management, Business Units and other Control functions.
Ensure all work is delivered in line with relevant governance, compliance and control standards.

What you'll need
Approximately 2-5 years' experience within change management, risk, financial control, audit, operations or a related discipline.
Strong Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work to tight deadlines.
Experience of working with risk reporting, controls or regulated data.
Exposure to UAT within a change, reporting or control environment would be advantageous.
VBA, Access or other data-manipulation experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A degree or equivalent professional experience.
