Positions Available
- Roller Operators
- Moxy Operators (Articulated Dump Trucks)
- Loader Operators
- Water Cart Operators
- Operating civil machinery safely and efficiently across earthworks and civil construction activities.
- Carrying out daily pre-start checks and identifying potential hazards.
- Working alongside ground crews and other operators to ensure smooth site operations.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
- Assisting with general site duties when required.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in civil construction or earthworks.
- Current Class 2 driver's licence with WTR endorsements (Wheels, Tracks and Rollers).
- Proven experience operating at least one of the machines listed above.
- Confidence working around heavy machinery and active civil construction sites.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work well within a team.
- Willingness to work away from home.
- Must be available to work through Christmas and New Year until mid-February 2027.
- $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
- Accommodation provided.
- Daily living away from home allowances.
- Paid travel home once every four weeks.
- Work available ASAP through to mid-February 2027.
