We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Technician who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys teamwork and wants to contribute to a growing pharmacy with a clear purpose.
About PillDrop
PillDrop is a full-service pharmacy that prepares, packs and delivers medicines to patients nationwide. We combine personalised patient care with automated dispensing and digital systems to make pharmacy more convenient and accessible.
You’ll work alongside pharmacists, technicians and support staff, backed by software developers who help us improve how we work. Together, we solve everyday challenges and help patients get the medicines and support they need.

Your role
Working alongside our pharmacists and technicians, you’ll help keep our dispensary running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and dispensing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
Supporting medicine packing and accurate, timely prescription fulfilment.
Working with automated dispensing equipment and pharmacy software.
Managing stock and keeping the dispensary organised.
Communicating with colleagues to resolve queries and keep workflows moving.
Identifying practical improvements to accuracy, efficiency and patient experience.
What you’ll bring
A Level 4 or Level 5 pharmacy technician qualification.
Pharmacy dispensing experience and strong attention to detail.
Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
The ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a busy dispensary.
A systematic approach to solving problems.
Confidence using technology and a willingness to learn.
A commitment to safe, accurate and patient-centred care.
