About the role

Based at our Highbrook site in Auckland, this casual role supports daily warehouse operations across third-party logistics (3PL), Archives and Destruction services.

Reporting to the Operations Manager or delegated Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, including labelling and courier documentation.

- Maintaining accurate stock records, tracking orders and reporting discrepancies.

- Retrieving, filing, storing and moving archive boxes.

- Securely handling and processing confidential documents for destruction.

- Using warehouse management systems, barcode scanners and courier platforms.

- Monitoring packaging supplies and keeping work areas clean, organised and safe.

- Reporting hazards, incidents and operational concerns promptly.

- Supporting improvements to warehouse processes and helping across operations as required.

About you

You take pride in getting the details right and completing tasks on time. You're a dependable team member who follows procedures, communicates clearly and adapts to changing priorities.

You'll bring:

- Ideally, 1-2 years' experience in warehousing, logistics or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail when handling orders, stock and documentation.

- Confidence using warehouse systems and scanners, with basic Microsoft Office skills.

- A practical approach to solving problems and reporting discrepancies.

- A strong commitment to health and safety and protecting confidential customer information.

- The ability to carry out the role's physical tasks safely, including handling goods and archive boxes.

Reach truck experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. A relevant NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable; relevant work experience may substitute for a formal qualification.
