With our Head Office in Beresfield, NSW, a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook, NSW, and an additional office in Queensland, we maintain a strong presence across all major sites in the Hunter region while expanding into the QLD market.
Due to the continued growth and expansion of a project in Moranbah, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee Mobile Crushing activities & embed onsite reliability practises. Working closely with our maintenance team to ensure our equipment is kept to high quality and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical knowledge, people management, and operational skills will drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Drive production efficiency to meet or exceed project KPIs.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of operators
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain project continuity.
- Monitor costs and budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a proactive approach, strong leadership qualities, and a solid technical background in crushing, mining, or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within the mobile crushing division
- Experience leading teams and managing client expectations.
- Ability to implement project plans, and schedules.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in site operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
