The Role
You'll split your time three ways: winning new business, managing the clients you've already won, and leading the people who deliver the work.
Prospecting and closing new client deals
Managing your own portfolio of clients and being their main point of contact
Leading and coaching supervisors and cleaning teams to hit service standards
Overseeing staffing, scheduling, and compliance across your sites
Solving problems fast when things go sideways
Keeping accurate staff, wage, and client records
Who We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from people with a bit of sales experience who want to be trained up properly, whatever stage of your career you're at. You need drive, people skills, and the resilience to hear "no" and keep going. We'll teach you the rest.
Comfortable picking up the phone and pitching to new people
