Being a recruitment consultant with Coverstaff is different, not just to other jobs, but to other recruitment jobs. Our people don't just work in an office, they're the front line of the company and do site visits, safety assessments and work one on one with employers and employees to ensure a 360-degree view of the places your people work.
Our number one priority is to ensure people go home healthy and happy at the end of every work day.
You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from taking walk-in applications, advertising for candidates, interview and assessment, right through to meeting them on site on their first day. (or night).
The job is a standard 40-hour week and includes an on-call responsibility as our operation covers 24 hours. You will need to be very flexible on hours, as early starts are an occasional feature.
You will need to be a proactive person who has immaculate administration skills as your people's livelihood depends on you getting their hours and wages correct every time. This is a job for a worker, not a sales rep, although sales will be part of your role.
This is your chance to forge a career while also helping people develop work skills and processes as you mentor them into employment, often for the first time.
You will be part of a small, friendly team based in our Onehunga office as part of a national organisation. Your customers are a diverse blend of corporate logistics and retail groups and your people keep the supply chains moving.
If you think you're up to the challenge, please apply online, or feel free to call me to discuss:
