About Brevy
Brevy is a home care company serving families across Texas. We help seniors access Medicaid benefits and support family members in becoming paid caregivers, so their loved ones can age safely and with dignity at home.
The Role
We’re hiring a Manager of Texas Home Care to oversee Brevy’s day-to-day agency operations and serve as our local representative in Houston. As the agency’s designated Administrator, this person will oversee implementation of agency policies, support compliance with applicable requirements, and help ensure patients receive reliable, quality services in partnership with Brevy’s leadership and operations teams.
This position maintains a professional, organized, and survey-ready office; oversees the accuracy and timeliness of agency records; receives and escalates complaints and compliance concerns; and leads on-site coordination of HHSC surveys and regulatory visits, including entrance and exit conferences and follow-through on corrective actions. The role also supports staff training and accountability, coordinates with insurance provider representatives, performs approved local field activities, and will sometimes represent Brevy at community events.
The ideal candidate is highly dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership and working independently. They bring sound judgment, strong follow-through, and the ability to represent Brevy professionally with patients, caregivers, regulators, community partners, and members of the public.

Exercise sound judgment, address issues within your authority, and promptly escalate matters requiring leadership involvement.
Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, caregivers, regulators, community partners, and coworkers.
Handle complaints and sensitive information with discretion, accurate documentation, and timely follow-through.
Set clear expectations, support staff training, and hold yourself and others accountable for following agency procedures.
Are comfortable with hands-on office work, local field activities, and representing Brevy at community events.
Learn new technology readily and look for practical ways to strengthen agency processes through tech-enabled solutions.
