Barista – Bistro Box, Auckland Airport

About the role

Bistro Box is a fresh grab-and-go food and coffee business with five counters across the Domestic and International terminals at Auckland Airport. Everything is made fresh in the central kitchen, and the coffee is Coffee Supreme. We are growing fast, with new sites and new products on the way.

Key responsibilities

• Make consistently great coffee during busy travel peaks, from crew regulars to first-time flyers

• Serve customers quickly and warmly, often to people with a flight to catch

• Keep your station clean, stocked and running smoothly

• Help with food service, the till and daily counter tasks

• Work as part of a small, supportive team

About you

• At least 1 year of barista experience in a busy café

• Confident milk texturing, with consistency under pressure

• A friendly, positive attitude and real pride in your work

• Reliability and flexibility for early starts, weekends and public holidays

• The legal right to work in New Zealand

• Ability to pass an Auckland Airport security check for an Airport Identity Card
