Botswana Butchery is arguably one of the best Restaurants in Queenstown! We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our high performing team in Queenstown.

Located in Queenstown's historic Archer's Cottage with spectacular lake views and signature roaring log fires inside and out, Botswana Butchery is one of Queenstown's most stylish and busiest restaurants.

Good Group Hospitality is an established and expanding hospitality business with venues located in Auckland and Queenstown.

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a kitchen environment

• Experience in high end and high-volume grill sections, with a good knowledge of quality meat cuts

• Current NZ working rights

• The ability to work calmly when under pressure

• Excellent communication skills

• The ability to work on all sections 

• Passion for food

Duties involved will include:

• To oversee and maintain a section in the Botswana Butchery kitchen

• Consistency through all sections in the kitchen

• Maintain a high standard of food

• Following direction from the senior chefs in the kitchen

• Excellent communication

This is a full time role (min 30 hours, max 55 hours per week). Rates between $29-32 per hour.
