YARSY is a design studio. We build everything a project needs to sell: brand identity, sales decks, brochures, specifications, websites and landings, social media and photorealistic visuals.
The level we are looking for
Take a look at the case studies on the YARSY website. They show the level of UI and layout we expect.
What you will do
Design sales decks, investor presentations and pitch materials
Create brochures, specifications and other print / PDF materials
Design landing pages and websites in Figma, ready for development
Produce SMM content: post and story templates, ad creatives, campaign visuals
Generate and edit photorealistic images with AI
Keep every material within one visual system and the brand guidelines
Communicate with clients directly: take the brief, present the work, collect feedback, iterate and bring the project to the final result
Control the quality of your own work and sometimes review a junior designer's files

Requirements

3+ years in brand / graphic / digital design, with a portfolio of presentations, print and web work
Strong layout, grid and typography skills: you know how to set accents, highlight key information and build a clear information flow
Confident Figma (auto layout, components, styles)
Hands-on photo generation in Nano Banana or ChatGPT with realistic, consistent results – not "AI-looking" pictures
Experience preparing files for print and for development handoff
Ability to work independently with clients in English: ask the right questions, defend decisions, manage feedback rounds
Attention to detail and ownership of the final result, not just the mockup
Nice to have
Experience in real estate, hospitality or architecture (preferred, not required)
Photoshop and Illustrator
After Effects or other motion tools
Experience mentoring or reviewing junior designers
Understanding of how a landing page converts (structure, CTA, copy hierarchy)

$1,500–2,000 depending on portfolio
Fully remote, flexible schedule with a few hours of overlap with the team
