Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

Training Pay: $650 a week for 4 to 6 weeks
Guarantee: $1,000 a week your first 3 months solo
Average Weekly Gross: $1,200 to $1,800
Miles: 1,800 to 2,900 a week
Extras: $15 stop pay, $75 plus miles on short hauls

Freight and Home Time

Mix of customers and freight types
Home every 2 weeks
Volunteer holiday work
Some cold weather driving up north in winter

Requirements

At least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, no experience needed
Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
Pass hair and urine drug testing
