We are seeking an experienced technical professional who has the leadership capability and personality to take genuine ownership of a department.
You will ideally bring:
- 5+ years' experience within engineering, design, detailing, construction or a related technical environment
- Previous experience in engineering, project management, design management or a similar leadership capacity
- Experience managing or coordinating internal and/or outsourced teams
- Strong attention to detail and technical understanding
- Proven ability to implement and improve systems and processes
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and accountable approach, with the confidence to hold others accountable
- Software experience highly regarded, but not essential
- Senior position with genuine ownership of a critical business function
