Coffee Culture is opening a brand-new store at Three Parks in Wānaka in mid-January, and we’re looking for great people to join our team!

We’re after well-presented, energetic and hardworking people who enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing great service. You’ll need to be a quick learner and have the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends.

Coffee-making experience is an advantage, but it’s not essential. Whether you’ve got experience in hospitality or are just starting out, we’re happy to train the right people. A great attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine passion for looking after our guests are what matter most!
