Counter Manager - Chanel

We're searching for a seasoned team leader to join our team as the Counter Manager for Chanel. This role will be permanent full time and based out of Auckland International Airport.

What you'll do
The Counter Manager for Chanel is responsible for the day-to-day management and overall effective performance of your assigned Counter. Working as part of the broader management team, you will ensure that overall performance targets are achieved in relation to profit contribution, quality and landlord expectations.
You will apply leadership and strategic planning capabilities to ensure continuous improvement in all key result areas, a team-oriented approach to the development of employees and build value added partnerships with our landlords.
We are looking for someone with:
• Previous experience with team management.
• Previous experience with Beauty products.
• A proven sales and coaching record.
• A strong degree of people skills, and interpersonal insight.
As we are a 24/7 business, the abiliity to work a rotating roster and public holidays is essential for this role.
