This is a full time Sunday-Thursday Night shift role.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a team leader for our night shift team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team across multiple lines, be responsible for huddles, training people, upholding food safety practices, auditing, problem solving and escalating any issues.

Skills Required:

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide team members

- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

- Ability to hold the team accountable to get the best out of them while having openness and self-awareness.

- Excellent interpersonal skills

-Food experience is required
