HR Advisor
Contract: 3-month temporary
Annual Salary: £40,000per annum (£20. 52 per hour)
Location: Sheffield on Loddon
We are seeking an HR Advisor for a 3 month temporary contract to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in HR practices and employee relations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our HR operations and contributing to our organisational goals.

Day-to-day of the role

Provide HR support and advice to managers and staff on various HR issues, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in the management of employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
Support the recruitment process by assisting with job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, and organising interviews.
Help coordinate training and development initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
