Corporate Services Manager – Whakatane
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client’s local business as a Corporate Services Manager, providing strategic and operational leadership across finance and corporate services.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play an influential role supporting strong financial performance, effective systems and informed executive and governance decision-making.
You’ll bring strong financial and commercial capability, senior leadership experience, and the confidence to work across both the strategic and hands-on aspects of the role.
Key areas of responsibility
- Lead the finance and corporate services function.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance.
- Provide commercial and strategic advice to the CEO and Board.
- Lead the Group Accountant and manage key external service providers.
- Strengthen systems, controls, risk management and business processes
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong senior finance, commercial or corporate services experience.
- Proven budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting capability.
- Experience advising senior leaders and/or governance groups.
- Strong leadership, relationship management, and commercial judgement.
- A genuine commitment to tikanga Māori, kaupapa Māori and the aspirations of the Trust’s beneficiaries and shareholders.
