Rutherford College is seeking a motivated Teacher Aide to join our Learning Support team. These roles are vital in helping students reach their potential and thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, empathy, and adaptability to provide in-class and individual support for students across a range of subjects and needs.

Start Date: Term 1, 2027 (29 January 2027)

30 Hours per week, Monday to Friday during the school term only.
