Michelin Star, Cuisine 3 Hat, Viva Top 50 Supreme Winner - TALA is hiring Senior and Junior, Full time, Part time and Casual Front of House roles to join our talented team.

As the first Samoan restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin Star, our service and warm Samoan hospitality is a key part of our guest experience.

Senior Roles -

• Must have at least 1 year experience at a senior position preferably fine dining and Duty Manager certificate

• Experienced in wine service and knowledge required

• Cocktail experience preferred

• Passionate about details and creating an outstanding guest experience

• Dependable and committed

• Experienced and competent in all aspects of Front of House service including POS, cash ups, bookings

• Leadership - able to train and guide junior staff and run service
  

Junior Roles -

• At least 1 year experience in a restaurant preferred

• Dependable and quick learner

• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and great personality

• Wine service and knowledge a plus

• Cocktail experience is a plus

Casual Roles -

• Must have experience in a restaurant

• Quick learner and dependable

• Available for shifts on Wednesday through Sunday
