What you'll be doing
Building strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their goals and guiding them confidently through the new-home journey
Managing enquiries, consultations, follow-up activity and sales opportunities
Developing and presenting house and land packages that respond to the local market
Maintaining accurate, proactive client and pipeline management through our CRM and established sales processes
Working closely with our design and construction teams to support a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to project delivery
Building referral networks and representing Jennian Homes at community, industry and networking events
Contributing fresh ideas to our sales approach, customer experience and wider business growth
What we're looking for
An energetic, forward-thinking and self-motivated approach, supported by the discipline to manage opportunities and follow through consistently
A natural ability to build trusted relationships, listen well and create confidence with clients and colleagues
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with a genuine focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
Sales experience and commercial awareness; experience in new-home sales, property, residential construction, architecture or design would be an advantage
The resilience, accountability and drive to achieve sales targets while working collaboratively across the wider team
