We’re looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded Sales Support superstar who can keep things moving behind the scenes, freeing up our sales team to get out there, win more business and grow their customers.

What you’ll be doing:
Empower our sales team -take care of the admin so our Account Managers can focus on customers, site visits and growing sales.
Own the order process - accurately enter and process orders, coordinate deliveries, ensure materials & contracted trades get to site promptly and when they’re needed.
Keep orders moving - work with despatch, suppliers and other ITM stores to solve stock shortages and manage backorders.
Keep everyone in the loop - communicate clearly with Account Managers to keep projects on track and customers informed.
Build relationships – Build rapport with customers to ensure multi-layer relationships with our customers.
Protect our margins - ensure project pricing is accurate, manage price increases and help keep our deals commercially sharp.
Keep the quotes flowing - support quote overflow, commercial schedules and quick-turnaround pricing.
Assist with instore customers enquiries & phone sales.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who takes ownership, thinks on their feet, communicates well and gets satisfaction from making things happen. You’ll be organised, commercially switched on and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Building industry experience is a must, as well as the right attitude, initiative and drive are what really count.
