This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join the Swanndri team as Assistant Store Manager in our Queenstown store.

At Swanndri we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer experiences and high-quality products. We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Retail Manager who’s ready to support the Manager, inspire, and make a real impact in our store.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Manager to lead and motivate a team to exceed sales targets.

• Deliver exceptional sales results and customer experience every day.

• Coach staff to achieve sales targets, KPIs and gain product knowledge.

• Support the Manager in all store operations, inventory, and merchandising.

• Create a fun and energetic environment for both customers and staff.

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years retail experience.

• A passion for driving sales and developing teams.

• Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Previous experience and knowledge of retail software, along with Microsoft Office, is a requirement. Technical apparel sales are desirable.
