What You’ll Do:
As an Experienced Barista, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the best coffee experience possible. Your responsibilities will include:
- Confidently managing a busy espresso bar with efficiency and professionalism.
- Consistently producing high-quality beverages using manual espresso equipment.
- Troubleshooting extraction issues and maintaining quality standards.
- Training fellow baristas on proper dialing-in techniques and coffee preparation.
- Providing outstanding customer service with kindness, compassion, and a smile.
- Multitasking and staying detail-oriented in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is not only skilled but also passionate about coffee and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with manual espresso machines.
- A strong background in specialty coffee and beverage preparation.
- The ability to train and mentor others effectively.
- A people-first attitude—kind, compassionate, and eager to create memorable guest experiences.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
