We're seeking an experienced and trusted partner to join a successful and fast-paced Bayleys Hamilton team. This is a pivotal role for someone who understands what it takes to support high performing salespeople and can confidently manage the operational demands that sit behind a busy real estate team.

Working closely with a respected industry leader, you'll oversee the operational heartbeat of the business while providing high level support.  You'll be responsible for keeping priorities on track, ensuring systems and processes run smoothly, coordinating key business activities and driving consistency across all aspects of the operation.

This opportunity will suit someone who combines strong business acumen with exceptional organisation. Someone who can see around corners, anticipate what needs attention before it becomes urgent and create the structure, systems and support that allow others to perform at their best.

What we're looking for:

• You'll bring proven real estate industry experience, along with a current Real Estate Licence or the commitment to gain one within your first six months

• A strong understanding of real estate processes, compliance and business operations

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive mindset who is always several steps ahead

• Someone who thrives in a high performance environment who is also a natural problem solver, takes ownership and just get things done

• Strong commercial awareness and sound judgement

• The ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure, with the confidence to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
