Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our Concord office. The successful candidate will be providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our Concord office. The successful candidate will be providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and/or take message
- Monitor and respond to general email inquiries
- Daily mail pickup and distribution
- Perform filing electronically, scanning and photocopying
- Assist with client general communications
- Prepare technician's daily work package
- Update corporate trackers monthly and maintain it accurately
- Assist with ordering office supplies/groceries
- Support management and staff with general administrative duties
- Support office events and staff lunches by coordinating food orders and pickups
- Maintain an organized and clean office environment
- Other tasks maybe be assigned as needed
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
What we Offer:
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Hours: Approximately 24 hours/week
