Senior Electrical Engineer | Cape Lambert | FIFO 2:1 or 8:6

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to mobilise to Cape Lambert, WA, working a 2:1 or 8:6 FIFO roster on a major expansion project.

Working within an existing brownfields environment, you will provide technical and project leadership across electrical works while supporting the safe, efficient and successful delivery of the project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical leadership across electrical project delivery

• Coordinating engineering, planning, project controls and QA activities

• Supporting site supervisors with safe and efficient execution of works

• Managing procurement and supplier/subcontractor engagement

• Supporting contract variations and claims

• Identifying and managing schedule, contractual and safety risks

About You

You will be an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in mining, industrial or major construction projects.

Ideally, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years’ construction project experience

• Construction Card

• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects

• Strong brownfields and shutdown project experience

• Contract management and commercial awareness

• Strong planning, scheduling and risk management skills

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
