The Role

• Lead landscaping projects, keeping every job on track and on standard

• Work with clients to understand their vision and deliver high-quality results

• Advise clients on landscaping design and maintenance

• Ensure all work meets high standards and complies with health and safety requirements

Skills and Experience Required

• 3+ years landscaping experience

• Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping

• Experience with retaining walls, decking, paving, and site preparation

• Able to read and follow landscape plans

• Excellent knowledge of plants, garden and landscape principles

• Strong attention to detail

• Confident selecting and procuring landscape materials

• Comfortable using technology

Practical Requirements: 

• Digger operation experience is an advantage

• A level 3 or 4 horticulture certificate is advantageous but not essential

• References required
