About the role

BM Workshop Christchurch is seeking a customer-focused, experienced Parts Advisor to support our workshop, front desk, and Service Advisors in a busy and professional automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attending to all parts enquiries for the workshop and external customers

• Booking vehicles for servicing and repairs

• Answering phones and handling customer enquiries

• Reception and general administrative support

About you

• Good written and spoken English

• Mechanical aptitude (automotive training preferred)

• Organised, friendly, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Full NZ driver's licence and NZ residency
