Full-time • Days (No Weekends)

Assignment Details

Oversight of a 97-bed unit with 241 FTE across postpartum & lactation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Labor & Delivery or Postpartum.
• Experience in a mother-baby unit required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of unit operations and staffing.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Forecast, plan, and monitor the budget effectively.
• Foster interdisciplinary communication and collaboration across departments.
• Direct nursing practice to meet patient and family needs.
• Lead efforts to achieve high standards of patient safety and quality outcomes.
