- Preparing and reviewing drawings in Vectorworks.
- Developing practical, well-considered housing designs.
- Coordinating consultant information and incorporating feedback.
- Managing documentation, project priorities and deadlines.
- Communicating with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency across drawing packages.
- Senior-level architectural experience, with a strong residential background.
- Confident, current Vectorworks skills.
- Experience preparing detailed documentation and coordinating consultants.
- Sound knowledge of construction, planning and approval processes.
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
- Available to start immediately.
