About the Role
As a Solar Electrician or Supervisor, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar PV systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
You'll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while meeting NZ electrical regulations, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
We are hiring across multiple levels, from experienced Electricians through to Supervisors who can lead teams, manage site activities, and support successful project delivery.

- Carry out electrical testing, fault finding, and maintenance work
- Ensure all installations meet NZ electrical standards and safety requirements
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with project teams and customers
- For Supervisors: oversee site operations, support installation teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
- EWRB registration
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial solar installations
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full NZ driver's licence
- Current right to work in New Zealand
