- Proven experience managing HVAC projects
- Experience delivering projects valued between $5 million and $20m
- Strong exposure to sectors such as:
- Airports
- Hospitals and Healthcare
- Data Centres
- High-Rise Commercial Buildings
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Ability to plan, programme and successfully deliver projects to budget and programme requirements
- Thorough understanding of Australian Standards and local construction regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- NSW-based with local project delivery experience
