This is a hands-on leadership role operating steel processing equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a true "lead by example" position, you will actively contribute to production while providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to the Machine Shop team.

The successful candidate will be a versatile manufacturing professional with extensive experience in manual lathes, milling and turning operations.  A sound understanding of hydraulic systems is essential, while CNC machining and welding experience will be highly regarded.  You will demonstrate a high level of accuracy in setting up, programming, and operating heavy machinery used to cut, shape, manufacture, and repair precision metal components.

In addition to strong technical capability, you will possess excellent leadership skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and exceptional attention to detail. You will proactively train, mentor, and support team members, helping them progress through structured skill development pathways while promoting safe and efficient work practices.
