We make moving simple by helping customers set up electricity, broadband, LPG, and gas connections for their new home or business.
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant who speaks Mandarin and/or Cantonese, alongside English, to support our customers and achieve sales targets.
Role Overview:
In your role, you will play a crucial role in our customer service and sales operations. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with client inquiries, processing applications, and effectively selling our premium services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
Responding to online chat enquiries and customer emails promptly and professionally.
Explaining plans, pricing and offers clearly.
Converting enquiries into sales and identifying suitable bundle opportunities.
Following up with customers and completing accurate applications.
Maintaining clear customer notes and following supplier processes.
Working towards individual and team sales, conversion, and quality targets.
What you’ll bring
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, plus confident English communication skills.
Strong written communication skills for customer emails and online chat.
Experience in sales, customer service or a contact centre.
Confidence building customer relationships and asking for the sale.
A positive attitude, resilience and motivation to achieve targets.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage enquiries across multiple channels.
Confidence using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
Reliable attendance, punctuality and a team-focused approach.
Electricity or telecommunications experience is an advantage, but we also welcome candidates with transferable sales skills and a willingness to learn.
