About the role

You'll deliver personalised massage treatments that help our guests relax, ease muscular tension and feel cared for. Working alongside our team of therapists and clinic coordinators, you'll contribute to a consistently high standard of treatment and service.

Key responsibilities

• Consulting with guests about their needs, preferences, relevant health history and treatment goals.

• Delivering high-quality massage treatments, adapting your techniques and pressure to suit each guest.

• Identifying contraindications and maintaining safe, professional treatment practices.

• Providing appropriate aftercare and homecare recommendations.

• Building strong client relationships and supporting rebooking and follow-up care.

• Keeping accurate treatment notes and maintaining beautifully presented, hygienic treatment spaces.

About you

• A recognised massage therapy qualification and at least two years' relevant experience.

• Confidence delivering massage treatments and tailoring them to individual needs.

• A warm, professional manner and clear communication skills.

• Excellent time management, reliability and attention to detail.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn Lovoir's treatment protocols.

• Availability to work weekends and late nights.

• Experience in deep tissue, hot stone or pregnancy massage would be an advantage.
