About the role

This role will cover an existing portfolio of properties whilst the incumbent heads off on parental leave. We are looking for an experienced property management specialist who can jump in and take the reins. This portfolio is located mainly in the Central Auckland area.

What we are looking for

If you are organised and focused, with highly effective communication skills, and have strong attention to detail, then this is the role for you. Being a strong team player, having a positive attitude, ambition and drive to succeed are musts for this role. Fluency in Mandarin would be helpful, but not a requirement for this portfolio.

You will:

• Have a professional mindset.

• Have a good level of experience in property management. This is essential.

• Work well under pressure.

• A customer-first mindset, with great communication and a genuine passion for service excellence.

• Be a natural problem solver and will enjoy achieving excellent outcomes for your clients and Crockers.

• Be able to work as part of a strong team as well as the ability to work effectively autonomously.
