We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team.

This is a part-time position with a consistent roster offering a good balance of responsibility and independence. The role will predominately involve working sole-charge shifts, so we're looking for someone confident taking responsibility for the running of the store during their shifts, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The role is predominately weekend based (with a weeknight shift available as well) but with no shifts finish later than 8.30pm. The roster is consistent throughout the year although additional staffing and flexibility is required during our busier December/January period.

What we're looking for :

• A current Duty Manager's Certificate, or LCQ with a willingness and eligibility to obtain one.

• Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred.

• Confident working independently and taking responsibility during sole-charge shifts.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual and well organised.

• Comfortable with cash handling, stock management, merchandising and general store duties.

• A sound understanding of responsible alcohol sales.
