A busy general practice in Sun Valley, California, about 15 miles from downtown Los Angeles and near Burbank and North Hollywood, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian. With a talented support staff, up-to-date equipment and a team of three eager associates, you can practice medicine your way, performing diagnostics, procedures and surgery in-house for a loyal clientele. This role offers medical autonomy, strong support staff and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Provide wellness, sick-pet, dental and surgical care
Perform diagnostics, procedures and surgery in-house
Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses and treatment plans
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Collaborate with a three-associate doctor team, technicians and support staff

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Active or eligible California veterinary license
Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships
Compassionate, client-centered approach to care

Compensation & Benefits

$160,000 – $200,000 compensation plus production bonus
