We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Waiter to join our team and be part of a beautiful premium dining environment.

About the Role
As a Senior Waiter, you’ll play an important role in delivering a polished and seamless dining experience from start to finish. You’ll be confident leading a section, guiding junior team members and ensuring our high standards of service are consistently maintained.
You’ll be someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys working as part of a team and understands that the little details make a big difference.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing warm, knowledgeable and attentive service to our guests
Taking ownership of your section and ensuring smooth service
Guiding and supporting junior members of the team
Demonstrating strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage
Making thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences
Maintaining high standards of presentation and service
Working closely with the kitchen and management team
Helping create a welcoming, professional and memorable guest experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a high-end, fine dining or semi-fine dining environment
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
Is confident discussing food, wine and beverages with guests
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is reliable, professional and well organised
Enjoys supporting and developing other team members
Has a positive attitude and brings great energy to the floor
