Larnach Castle is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team!

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will:

• Lead our team across all of our food and beverage outlets including our Breakfast service, fast-paced Ballroom Café, leading the team in our unique Castle dinner experience and ensuring functions at the castle such as weddings, conference dinners, and reunions run smoothly.

• Foster a culture of continual improvement within our Food and Beverage Department.

• Ensure the efficient day to day running of the F&B department, ensuring all members of the team have the necessary skills and support to be able to perform their duties to the relevant standards by providing leadership, guidance and operational training for the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a supervisor within the hospitality sector, ideally in a high quality environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable and responsible.

• Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude.

• A current Manager's certificate or the ability to obtain one.
