Location: Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA

Pay: $105,000/year

NavTech Inc seeks a Program Lead for MDA communications operations at the Western Range, Vandenberg SFB — voice, data, and video systems supporting launch and test operations. You will lead work-order execution to priority timelines, break/fix response (mission-critical: 2-hour response, continuous restoration), interoperability with range and GMD system contractors, and facility/security support services, and be available within 60 minutes during duty hours (2 hours after hours).

Requirements: 8+ years in range, launch, or military communications operations/maintenance, 3+ years leading on-site teams; experience with work-order/priority systems and test-event support; classified-environment experience. DoD 8140-aligned background preferred.
