Furniture Removal Labourer

 

OneStaff|Magnetic New Plymouth is a leading supplier of temporary and permanent staff to a range of clients across the region

We are currently recruiting for temporary furniture removal labourers to support a specialist removal company formed in 1972, locally in the Taranaki region

You will be responsible for following the driver’s instructions, ensuring the truck is packed tightly and correctly, and above all considering taking great care of the client’s privacy and possessions

This is an as-required on-call role

 

Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (with the occasional Saturday)
• Must be Flexible as hours are subject to increase/decrease depending on the workload

 

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and responsible
• Able to work in a team
• Class 1 Full Licence is an advantage

• Valid ID (Passport OR NZ Birth Certificate plus Driver’s Licence)
• Work or character references
• Able to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Have no criminal convictions or pending charges
