Keep competencies current through ongoing professional development, competency assessments and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas that enhance service delivery, systems and processes.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, BCAs, industry professionals and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of BCAs and projects, supported by a team that values technical excellence, collaboration, flexibility and fresh thinking.

The confidence to explain technical requirements clearly, navigate challenging situations professionally and find practical, compliant solutions.
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with a strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement and ongoing professional development.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, while also managing your workload independently and effectively.
Experience working within a Building Consent Authority (BCA) or a similar regulatory environment would be an advantage.
