The Role
This is a commercially focused Management Accountant position with a strong emphasis on financial analysis rather than financial accounting. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse financial performance and provide detailed commentary on trends and variances
Conduct margin analysis and identify profitability drivers
Review and interpret financial ratios, KPIs and business performance metrics
Produce financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis
Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives through data analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide commercial insights
Develop reports and dashboards using ERP systems and advanced Excel

What We're Looking For

Qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA
Previous experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst or Commercial Finance role
Strong financial analysis experience with the ability to interpret financial statements rather than prepare them
Experience analysing margins, profitability, KPIs and business performance
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems
Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
